OS Construction Ltd was established to provide professional and quality civil works and construction services to our local Te Taitokerau (Northland) region.

We are a multi-generational contracting family, who are well-versed in the nuances of contracting and our established, experienced, multidisciplinary team are known to deliver what our clients want, in a way that works for them.

Because we believe that we are only as good as the team around us, we can also draw on a wide range of like-minded, reputable sub-contractors to help us achieve even the most challenging of tasks safely and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards. We have a proven track record in delivering successful project outcomes and can provide specialist support in the areas of contract (technical & advisory) management; project management; project design; engineering services; geotechnical services; geology; survey; resource planning & consents and more.

Our builders are all well qualified - our current senior construction manager has extensive experience in supervising/project managing major civil & construction projects, standard residential and high-end residential builds in New Zealand, the United Kingdom & Australia.

We pride ourselves on our safety culture, and have extensive Health & Safety systems, processes, and protocols in place. Our team is our family; therefore, any compromise on safety is not accepted and is non-negotiable.

While our current area of operation covers Te Taitokerau region from Cape Reinga to Wellsford, we have the capability to mobilise teams to projects in areas further south, and we are always looking for opportunities to expand our capacity and resource.
